These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Certoga, including its certification catalog, study pages, practice questions, exam sessions, answer explanations, links, and related features. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use Certoga. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and references to you include that organization where applicable.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use Certoga only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for your device, internet connection, browser configuration, and all activity initiated through your use of the service.

Certoga provides independent educational practice materials. It is not a certification provider, testing center, school, employer, or professional licensing authority. Practice scores, explanations, timers, passing targets, and exam models are study aids only and do not guarantee eligibility, readiness, employment, certification, or a passing result on any official examination.

Official providers may change exam codes, objectives, question formats, prices, scheduling rules, durations, scoring methods, or retirement dates. You are responsible for checking the applicable provider's official website before purchasing or scheduling an exam.

Certoga is an independent study platform. Unless a relationship is expressly disclosed in writing, Certoga is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, approved by, or sponsored by any certification provider, examination organization, standards body, technology vendor, training partner, or trademark owner.

Certification names, provider names, exam codes, product names, logos, service marks, and other trademarks are used only as reasonably necessary to identify the subject of independent educational materials. All such marks, associated rights, and goodwill belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on Certoga does not imply ownership, partnership, approval, or endorsement.

Certoga's questions, answer choices, explanations, scoring tools, and exam simulations are independently created educational materials intended only for study, self-assessment, and skills practice. They are not official examination questions and are not supplied, reviewed, approved, or endorsed by any certification provider or examination organization.

Certoga does not claim that its questions reproduce the wording, composition, difficulty, scoring, or delivery of any official examination. The service does not knowingly publish live, leaked, stolen, recalled, memorized, confidential, or otherwise restricted examination content. Similarity to an official item is unintended and does not indicate access to proprietary exam materials.

You may not submit, request, publish, upload, transmit, or use Certoga to distribute exam dumps, stolen questions, confidential testing material, content obtained in violation of a nondisclosure agreement, or instructions intended to defeat examination security. Certoga may remove content, block requests, or cooperate with lawful investigations relating to exam fraud or intellectual-property violations.

Subject to these Terms, Certoga grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the service for lawful individual study and evaluation.

This license does not transfer ownership. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not reproduce substantial portions of the question bank, republish answer explanations, sell or sublicense access, create a competing database, remove notices, frame the service, or use automated means to extract content.

• Do not interfere with service availability, security, rate limits, or normal operation.
• Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization.
• Do not bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected service behavior, or attempt to obtain answer data before grading.
• Do not use bots, scrapers, scripts, or bulk requests to copy the question bank or place unreasonable load on the service.
• Do not upload or transmit malware, unlawful material, abusive content, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not misrepresent Certoga results as official certification scores or claim an affiliation that does not exist.
• Do not use the service in violation of law, sanctions, export controls, examination rules, or a third party's contractual obligations.

Certoga and its licensors retain all rights in the service, including original questions, explanations, site design, software, databases, text, graphics, branding, and arrangement of content, excluding third-party names and marks.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant Certoga a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation, provided this does not grant rights in personal information beyond the Privacy Policy.

We may add, revise, correct, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Certoga at any time. We may update questions when technologies or exam objectives change and may alter session limits, difficulty classifications, explanations, or site features.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of favorites or results, compatibility with every device, or preservation of any specific question. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, legal requirements, and technical failures may affect access.

Certoga may refer or link to certification providers, documentation, or other third-party resources. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Third parties control their own content, availability, products, policies, and data practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certoga is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, availability, and compatibility.

We work to provide useful and current material, but educational content may contain errors, omissions, outdated details, or reasonable differences in interpretation. Certoga does not provide legal, employment, financial, security, or professional advice. You should verify critical technical and examination information with authoritative sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certoga and its operators, contributors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, goodwill, examination fees, employment, or certification outcomes arising from or related to the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Certoga during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars. Because the current service is offered without charge, this limitation is intended to allocate risk reasonably. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Certoga and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or distribution of prohibited examination content. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Certoga's own unlawful conduct.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, intellectual property, exam integrity, or legal compliance, including for automated extraction, abusive traffic, attempted security bypass, or material violation of these Terms.

You may stop using Certoga at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Certoga service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact legal@certoga.com and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived or prevents either party from seeking urgent relief to protect security or intellectual-property rights.

We may update these Terms as the service, law, or business practices change. The effective date identifies the latest version. Material changes apply prospectively from publication unless law requires another method of notice. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning the current service.
